副教授，东南大学-美国卡耐基梅隆大学联合培养博士，曾任江南大学社科处副处长，现任数字科技与创意设计学院副院长，中国轻工业工业设计重点实验室副主任，中国人类工效学学会会员，设计工效学分会委员，国际高水平期刊Displays编委、International Conference on Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics（AHFE）组委会委员。
研究方向主要聚焦人机交互与体验设计，涉及用户研究、交互设计、人因工效等领域，主持国家艺术基金项目、江苏省社科基金项目、江苏省双创博士资助项目、教育部产学研合作项目、中央高校基本科研项目。作为技术骨干参与173计划技术领域基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划项目、国家社科基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目等，发表高水平论文20余篇，其中一作或通讯作者SCI/SSCI检索论文15篇。同时担任International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction、International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics、Behaviour & Information Technology、Ergonomics、Displays等国际期刊审稿专家。
在校企合作方面，课题组承担与华为、海尔、松下、美的、新松、中电、广汽等国内外互联网、消费类电子产品、智能家居、汽车等头部企业的横向合作课题，涉及消费类软硬件产品的高端化、智能化、年轻化的用户认知体验研究，前瞻工业产品造型设计与优化，交互界面设计与可用性评价等。主讲《交互设计原型工具》、《产品设计原理与方法》、《前瞻战略与价值创造》、《跨专业设计实践》等本科生课程，以及《设计工效学》研究生课程。课题组研究生毕业去向有：华为、OPPO、小米、金山软件、蔚来汽车、广汽、韶音科技等行业头部企业。
